At Haquira Packaging, we aim to process and ship orders for boxes, mailers, bags, packaging materials, shipping supplies, moving supplies, sealing tools, and related packing products in a timely and reliable manner.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, stock checks, supplier delays, or due to incomplete order or shipping information.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to eligible serviceable locations based on the shipping options available at checkout.

If an address is not serviceable, we may contact you to correct the address, arrange an alternative shipping method, or cancel and refund the order.

3. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, customs checks, operational delays, or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Charges may depend on product type, order weight, package size, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

5. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be shared by email or through the order update system.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear after dispatch.

6. Delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Haquira Packaging is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

8. Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please check with neighbours, building management, reception, or the carrier first.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us so we can review the matter with the shipping carrier where possible.

9. Bulk or Large Orders

Bulk orders, oversized packaging supplies, and heavy shipments may require additional processing or delivery time.

Additional shipping charges may apply for large, heavy, or multi-package orders. We will contact you if any adjustment is required before dispatch.

10. International Shipping

International shipping, if available, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, and local regulations.

The customer is responsible for any applicable customs charges, duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations can only be requested before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further assistance.
